RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide pure, high-quality herbal and ayurvedic products.
Since Vyomrita.com functions as an enquiry-based platform (not a direct online store), our return and refund process is managed personally for each confirmed order.

This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for purchases confirmed offline via phone, WhatsApp, or email.


1. Nature of Orders

All orders placed through Vyomrita are confirmed personally through direct communication (phone, WhatsApp, or email) after you make an enquiry.
As such, each order is customized and processed as per your confirmation on quantity, packaging, and shipping.

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit.


2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or leaked products received on delivery. 
  2. Wrong item or quantity sent compared to the confirmed order.
  3. Expired products (if received mistakenly, though highly unlikely).
     

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. 
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. 
  • Proof of damage or error (photo/video) must be shared with our support team.
     

If approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Offer a refund or credit note (as applicable), based on mutual agreement.
     

3. Non-Returnable Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products. 
  • Products without original packaging or labels.
  • Free samples, promotional items, or bulk orders processed under special pricing.
     

We recommend you inspect your parcel carefully at the time of delivery.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel through any of the following:

  2. Share your order reference, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 working days with next steps. 
  4. If approved, you may be asked to ship the product back to our return address (we will share it privately).
    • In eligible cases, return shipping charges may be reimbursed or adjusted in future orders.

        5. Refund Method & Timelines

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the same payment method used originally.
     
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect after we confirm the return.
     
  • For bank transfers or UPI, processing time may vary based on your bank’s policy.


6. Product Quality Guarantee

All Vyomrita products are carefully tested and packed before dispatch.
Each batch is lab-tested for purity, authenticity, and safety, ensuring you receive only genuine products.

7. Cancellation Policy

Since Vyomrita operates through manual order confirmations, cancellations can only be accepted before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
